The Ambience

This memorable venue will transport you and your guests to a beautiful, historic setting patterned after the great opera houses in Europe. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Shea’s is a prime example of a historical, big city movie palace complete with opulent marble and mirrored interiors, molded plaster work and vaulted ceilings.

Located in the heart of Buffalo’s theater district, Shea’s is adorned with antique furniture designed by Marshall Field and Tiffany & Co., mammoth chandeliers and a grand old Wurlitzer theater organ.

The Features

With an entrance that rises to an impressive 100 feet, a grand lobby, petite lobby and an auditorium all containing an abundance of original décor, Shea’s is an ideal venue for rehearsal dinners, showers, weddings, banquets, birthdays, graduations, cocktail parties and more.

Shea’s can host seated events with a dance floor for 350 people, 500 people without a dance floor, and cocktails & hors d’oeuvres for up to 1000.
